Zucchini Pasta with Bacon, Ricotta and peas

3 zucchini -make into Zoodles1/2 purple onion

1 cup pancetta or center cut bacon

2 cups frozen peas

1/2 c ricotta 

1/4 c pesto

Parmesan cheese for topping 
Cook pancetta until just starts to cook, add onion and continue cooking on medium until crispy . Add Zoodles and stir. Turn off heat, add pesto , ricotta, peas (that have soaked n hot water) and ricotta and stir. Plate and too with Parmesan to taste
Serves 3-4 depending on portion size
