3 cups feta cheese or white farmers cheese
1/2 cup fresh chopped dill
1cup fresh chopped Italian parsley
2 sheets puff pastry dough
Mix feta, eggs, herbs in bowl
Thaw puff pastry and place on large baking sheet. Top with feta mixture . Place 2nd puff pastry sheet over top. Brush with egg and cut slivers in dough.
Bake 350 for 30 min
Dip in lebne mixed with lemon juice and fresh dill
