Chipotle Black Bean Whole Wheat Pita Wrap With Arugula, Grape Tomatoes and Roasted Red Pepper

I don’t know about you but I get a little bored of salads. For a delicious lunch or dinner I recommend this recipe. It is so easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients:
One whole wheat pita
One GardenBurger Patty-chipotle and black bean flavor
One handful of arugula
Eight grape tomatoes
One small red bell pepper
1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Turn the oven to 400°
On a small cookie sheet , sprayed lightly with cooking spray ,add the Gardenburger Patty, and your sliced red bell pepper. Bake for 25 minutes turning over halfway.

About five minutes before the patty and Redpepper are done cooking place your whole-wheat pita in the oven directly on the rack to heat.

Remove the pita and place on a flat plate talk with yellow mustard as much as desired, arugula, grape tomatoes cut lengthwise, strips of your roasted red pepper, and I like to chop up the cooked garden burger patty.

Add A tablespoon of shredded cheese if you like and salt-and-pepper to taste.

You can cut it like a salad with a knife and a fork or folded in half and dig in like a big sandwich which is my favorite way to eat it!
