Banana Breakfast Or Snack

I am always looking for something quick, easy and healthy for breakfast. I find that if I simply eat fruit, I am hungry within an hour so I like to make sure I eat protein for breakfast. I just put this together this morning and it was yummy! Ideal for a quick breakfast or energy snack.


1 banana

1 Tsp. chia seeds

4 Tbs. natural granola with dried blueberries and flax (I like the Bear Naked Peak brand)

1 -2 Tbsp. Trader Joe’s Raw and Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter

2 tsp. organic honey

Lay banana on a plate. Smother in the almond butter. Sprinkle chia seeds on top. Drizzle with honey and top with granola mixture.
